The 2025 NFL season is underway, starting with free agency—a period that has proven highly beneficial for the Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams have extended Matthew Stafford, signed Davante Adams, Poona Ford, and much more, while unfortunately losing Cooper Kupp to their NFC West rival in the Seattle Seahawks.
As the NFL Draft approaches, the league has made an announcement for all teams’ start dates, including organized team practice activities (OTAs) and mandatory minicamps.
The Rams will start their offseason program on April 21, three days ahead of the NFL Draft. OTA sessions are set for May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, June 5, June 9-10, and June 12, followed by mandatory minicamp from June 16-18.

The OTA sessions come a month after the NFL Draft and will give everyone a chance to see the new roster, including the draft class, in action for the first time this year.
The excitement surrounding the upcoming draft class, paired with the chance to see the new additions for the Rams in action, will be thrilling.
With Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua (sporting a new number), Davante Adams, and Kyren Williams leading the skill positions, Sean McVay’s Rams are generating plenty of hype for a Super Bowl return.
Before the draft begins, the Rams already have plenty to look forward to, but the addition of this year’s draft class promises to amplify the hype even further—especially after last year’s class produced the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, Jared Verse.
