Kylie Kelce isn’t sugarcoating a thing. Just two days after giving birth to her fourth child, the wife of retired Eagles center Jason Kelce jumped on her podcast “Not Gonna Lie” and delivered a brutally honest account of what postpartum life really looks like—and it’s not all lullabies and cute onesies.
Holding her newborn son Finn, Kylie shared that the idea of “newborn bliss” is more myth than reality. “You know what’s f—ed up? The expression ‘newborn bliss,’” she said. While grateful for her growing family, she didn’t shy away from the messy side of early motherhood—explosive diapers, spit-up, hormonal swings, and total exhaustion.

Kylie Kelce and husband Jason Kelce, a former Philadelphia Eagles center, will both be in attendance at Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans.

She also fired off advice for anyone interacting with a new mom: skip the unsolicited comments, don’t ask about working out, and never try to romanticize her sleep-deprived state. “Her body just built another human. Your input is f—ing irrelevant,” Kylie said.

The new mom of four made it clear that every moment isn’t scrapbook-worthy. “You can’t tell me that when you hear the noise that is explosive out of the back end of your child… that, that’s a beautiful moment,” she joked. And as for any suggestion of baby No. 5? Her response was immediate: “Are you s—ing me?”
Even while juggling newborn chaos, Kylie’s humor and honesty cut through the noise. With Jason Kelce now retired, the couple is navigating life at home with a new addition—and Kylie isn’t pretending it’s all picture-perfect.
