1. Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and browned.
2. Stir-Fried Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey and cook for an additional minute.
3. Creamy Broccoli Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- Add broccoli florets and vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Blend soup in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Return soup to the pot and stir in milk and heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat through and serve.
Tips for Cooking Broccoli
